We provide one-to-one onsite customised IT Training

It might be you need help with Excel for creating your budgets, Word for creating that latest report…  Maybe you have a task in mind but have no idea what sort of software you need to use to help you. Whatever your task we can help, providing the IT training / support you need.

Any help is given at your desk using your tools and your files.  At the end of the session not only will you have learned how to do your task, but that task will be completed. No time wasted out of the office at a generic training course, learning about topics you don’t need, but onsite, tailored, precise training helping you do exactly what you need to do.

If you simply have run out of time and would like us to do your task for you, again, give us a call and we may well be able to help.

We can help you with a variety of software. Here are some examples:

  • Help with Microsoft Office suite, on Mac or PC. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
  • Help with setting up / configuring PCs, Macs, phones and other tech.
  • Recommend suitable software or apps for the task you may have in mind and help you set up and learn how to use them.
  • Integrating various programs or apps together, such as getting your Smart Heating control to talk with Alexa etc. Or feeding information from one app to another.
  • GIS mapping software – for example helping you get meaningful and useful data from your drone amongst other things.
  • Email marketing – help using Mailchimp to run marketing campaign.

 

Next steps:

We suggest onsite visits, lasting no more than 2 hours. Experience has shown us that if working on a 1:1 basis, then any longer than this at one time can be counter productive.

We also run informal onsite training courses for small groups.

We support home users as well as small businesses. Discounted rates apply for the home user. From as little as £25 per hour you could have a solution to that annoying tech issue!
